Personally, I think it's a ship that sailed a long time ago but that's just me.
I recently heard that the word heretic is derived from the greek work heriticos which means "able to choose"
The more you know...

If you ask me, this is a great argument against government education.

"OMG, now they will support their own agenda, instead of OUR agenda". Jackasses.

"And the board's critics have labeled the move an attempt by political "extremists" to "promote their ideology."

So much irony...

They sound just like about everybody else I know.
Also I would'nt mind someone promoting their ideology as long as it's right...Of course the only one that is is mine so you should all follow me if you know what's good for you.

That's what I pointed out on TJ's video in the comments, but nobody bothered to respond.  Don't the Liberaltards get it?  Government monopolies mean poor school quality, and this is a prime example.  The only reason they are upset is because the neocons are blaspheming their sacred cows.  Why can't they understand that they brought this upon themselves a very long time ago, and now its time to pay the piper.

Libertarianism- because in a less then free society, what goes around comes around!

Right, which is one of many many reasons why I want to see State Education dismantled entirely.
I bet the price of an education would go down because of this:  no government regulations making it more expensive, no coercive teacher unions making it harder to fire incompetent teachers, and no more crowding out of education services.

All the more reason to get education out of state control.
And to laugh at a few liberals along the way. :P
It seems state education is second place for them in terms of sacred cows.  With first place obviously being State-run health-care.

"When you give good politicians the power to do good things, you also give evil politicians the power to do evil things." --Harry Browne
"You reap what you sew." --Mary J. Ruwart
As Ruwart would say, the liberals used aggression-through-government to tax the crap out of the conservatives for education they might not even use, and so the neocons are now fighting back with this.
Figures.
