This is just so very bad on so many levels...

UPS managed to misdeliver a package with an apparent 5-digit price tag.  (Less uncommon than you might think, actually.  I know RoadRunner had the mail servers for the Carolinas disappear during shipping at least once, which was probably more expensive gear than this.)

Government agencies are using UPS to move UAVs around.

Government agencies don't seem to really NOTICE when packages don't show up.  (I keep track of shipments several times a day.  Not that it helps a lot.  Like as not, the delivery is at my door before the tracking system says it's even in the region.)
