Yes, but the last time anyone actually threw a punch there was in 1972.  (OK, there have been two incidents in State legislatures in the US since then, but nothing at the Federal level.)

Taiwan has had at least five notable incidents in the last decade (and that's because the article I found only contains the most recent incident).  The local term for it is "legislative brawling".  They may have collectively decided to cool it after a fight in 2007 put at least one person in hospital.
