it's alright, in that the basic premise (that the icecaps are melting and have been receding), is correct, and due to global warming. as it the rate (we looked at studies regarding global warming back when I was in Uni: the data is pretty interesting). I haven't watched the whole documentary, so I can't tell you much more. I'll tell you more, should I see it in full.

one things I'll tell you though, is that a lot of the appeals people make in such shows (possibly this one), tend to have the emotional angle. this detracts from the hard science, and leads to exaggeration and misunderstanding.

EDIT: this does not mean I like or agree with "an inconvenient truth". that movie is a load of bullshit.
