5.9 from Virginia felt as far as Canada.  My whole house shook, stuff falling off walls, etc.

Christ, that was awful.

I felt it here in Connecticut as well. I was uploading a video and I felt my couch swaying and I wasn't sure what it was. I figured the people upstairs were wrestling or something (which they did all the time.) Though we found out not too long later that it was in fact an earthquake.

I was playing Paper Mario at the time.  I felt my room shake, then my TV, then my entire bed.  Then, I walked out of my room, and saw (felt) my entire house shake, I say a huge hanging mirror swaying and was scared as crap. O_O
I'm in Maryland, so I guess that's why I felt it so big.  I heard it was felt as far as Massachusetts.

Yeah, it wasn't very strong here. It just felt like slight swaying here.

Yeah, makes me feel sorry for the folks over in Richmond.

We got nothing here, but my daughter at school about 8 miles north felt it, as did my sister who lives up that way.

Glad to see you made it out ok. At least I have a few days to prepare if this hurricane does come to Florida.

This might be 0of revelance
