Systematic cheating at Atlanta Public Schools

I guess all that talk from my college and my high school about how much they hate cheating is only true if the students are doing it.

The thing is, I can kind of see the motivation behind it, given how useless and frustrating the government's standardized tests are. I can easily see teachers wanting to cheat to move through students who perform well and save them the frustration of putting up with that crap!
