I really don't get Sony. They're like a weird 2-headed monster. One head makes the best products in the world and has excellent customer service, a world leader in technology and manufacturing. The other head is this feudalistic, corporatistic obstinate moron insisting on clinging to outdated copyright and distribution models, even to its own detriment.
