Promoting a website is much easier than one might think. Using a procedure... a system... lends great benefit the user. Articles are written daily about what to do... and what not to do to gain top positions on Google, but the bottom line is... with the right system... and the ability to follow that system, anyone can obtain the positioning desired.

1. I carefully consider what keyword phrase that I want to land on in the search engines. This is a very simple process. Simply type in the phrase on the Google search. I take a close look at the top positions of that search... and I may even take a look at the top websites there. This gives me a good idea on how to approach the project.

2. I write a press release about the subject I am promoting. Now consider, that a press release must be written in third person, and you must never do an ad. The purpose of the press release is to simply give some good relevant information about the website promoted. After completion, I always place the link for the press release into Google. This way I am assured of the release being indexed.
3. I go to WebTrafficConnection and build at least three optimized web pages. I will use the basic content of my press release as my content for the optimized pages.
