So Shane, what's your rebutall/opinion/ and stuff to this?
They refute the point that "America of the 19th century to be the closest thing to a purely free market".
However, something that bothers me is the presence of LLC and Corporations even in the Internet (I'm not saying they didn't exist then, but still).

Yeah, it's not totally free--look at the crap The Pirate Bay's going through now. But it's mostly free. It's a real champion of what people can do in a bottom-up self-organized and largely self-governed system.
