You can now "+1" posts

So we've all been wanting the thumbs-up option for posts. They just made a mod for something similar: being able to +1 the post on Google+. It's on the bottom right of every post--just click it if you want to bump it up! (Guessing you have to have a Google+ account for it to work.)
