Title: Bin Ladin is dead
Post by: AnCap Dave on May 01, 2011, 10:54:51 PM
According to ABC he's been killed.

We're still not going to leave though.

Not just ABC; it's all over the web!  I saw it on verizon headlines, msn, and yahoo.

Why am I not surprised?

Just stating where I saw it more than anything.

No word was actually given if we're leaving, I'm just stating the obvious.

Fair enough.

Well, yeah, definitely obvious.

So...anyone want to place bets how long we'll be staying?

I give it anywhere between 10 years and forever.

And that quote, including context, works PERFECTLY with the Garak voice. =P

Heh, you seem to be a lot more in to him than I am  :P

Actually, I do want to grow some hair for once, so I am actually considering the Cardassian look  ;D

Given what Stargazer5781 pointed out in his video about some of Obama's warmongering (expanding the illegal wars we have, starting even more illegal wars, expanding Guantanamo Bay, despite promising to close it down and bring the troops home), and other tyrannical policies, and what Shane has pointed out of him giving himself the right of being able to assassinate you if he feels you're a threat to national security and detain people indefinitely without a trial, even AFTER they've been acquitted, it kinda makes the birth certificate and the Osama dead stuff insignificant.  These all distractions, people!

Sweet! I can perfect my Klingon costume, and we can meet up at a Star Trek convention to re-enact that episode where Klingons invaded Deep Space Nine.

...

...Wait. That would end with you shooting me. Nevermind. =P

And people wonder why I get so frustrated with politics...

So Pat Condell has put his 2 cents into the situation
[yt]JzD-rnmeiH8[/yt]

Seems like his typical "MUSLIMS ARE ALL EVIL" routine. Though I do enjoy his bashing of the conspiracy whack jobs who think 9/11 was an inside job.
