Yeah, some companies REALLY need to learn to pick their battles.

I remember when Marvel got all uppity over some of the characters people made in City of Heroes and it wound up blowing up in their faces and they backed off.

The last one was particularly disturbing...
It sounds like they may have filed nearly 100,000 false DMCA's.
Fuck the DMCA as well.
