Well, given the stuff that Scientology promotes, Jim Humble's idiocy sounds like it fits right in.
I think some of the problem with how our culture deals with autistic people is how it medicalizes everything and have been doing so since the 19th century (when medicalization was used to harm people with physical deformities under the pretext of protecting them).
