Just cause I love these sorts of things. Here's a few to start.
Remember the guy who got a perfect in Fire and Flames on Guitar Hero? How about doing it on Rock Band with all four people getting five stars?

The god of Tetris (watch the end, invisible blocks and he STILL keeps going!)

Playing Ikaruga (a game already known for being brutally hard) with 2 players solo. o.O

And there's the guy who got a perfect score in Pacman.
Ie: Get all four ghosts on every power pellet and get all three fruits in all 250 levels.

Not one to brag about my own skills, but I'm pretty proud of my no death run (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL8F4DF00F9E487A9C) of Gyruss for the NES.

255 in the original. When you got to level 256 there was a buffer overflow (since the level number now stretched into a 9th bit) and basically made the game impossible:

Another one was the guy who beat the original Resident Evil in slightly less than 2 hours. He actually had to draw the maps out and calculate the shortest possible route to get through the game, avoiding as many fights as possible. Through the whole run, he only killed 11 zombies and 1 hunter.
I managed to beat Kingdom Hearts 2 on hard with the default keyblade.

Let me guess: he did it as Jill, right?

I think it was Chris actually but alas, I read it in a magazine that I don't have available anymore.

I could see it as Jill; she was the sneakier one. Only advantage Chris had was being able to take more hits. Jill could carry more and pick locks.
Apparently, about 5 years back somebody managed to get all the available Achievement Points on World of Warcraft. (Extremely hard to do, and currently there are well over 2300 Achievements in the game, and some of them are only available to a limited number of players.)

I think there's some fetch quests Chris doesn't have to do because he doesn't have Barry to interact with and such but damn, I just can't remember.
The current SDA records for Resident Evil are here: http://speeddemosarchive.com/ResidentEvil.html and some are impressive. Unofficial records are even faster, but not verified.

Looks like Jill FTW!
(And I just have to say again, fuck Anita Sarkeesian! Yes, when you play Resident Evil as Chris you have to save the "damsel in distress" Jill, but when you play as Jill you have to save Chris! Idiot...)
