There's nothing special about it, just more of the same demands for more tax money (which, incidentally, there's no way to get, taxes hit a high point as a percentage of total productivity under the second Bush at 19.6% and have fallen sharply since then) for bigger government programs.  Been there, seen that, paid for the t-shirt I didn't want or get.
