Title: Can someone define libertarian populism?

I looked it up on google and none of the results seemed off.

I'm not sure what you mean by "none of the results seemed off"; which would mean you agree with the results you got. (I assume you meant that the results you got seemed off) That being out of the way-

As far as I could tell, from the results I got, it seems to be a term used to denigrate the libertarian movement. By the standard definitions of the terms "populism" (which is the crowd rules) and "libertarianism" (which is individuals make their own decisions) don't mix.
