I was kinda annoyed that they used Cartman to represent the libertarian side of this debate, especially showing his hypocrisy of his speaker phone conversations while wanting to not have people listen to him.  It kinda reminded me of that bit Shane said regarding govco spying vs private spying.  With the former being used to ruin random lives (e.g. NSA + DEA insanity) and the latter being where no one gives a damn.  Something like that.
