OK, he's not only as professional politician (and a community organizer before that), he's a Democrat from Chicago. Of COURSE he's lying.
He's also dim enough to think that people will believe him again, after every single time he's insisted he has to be trusted he's turned out to be playing those who trusted him for fools.
