A Nebraska public school is barring a deaf three-year-old boy from using sign language to sign his name because, it claims, the gesture resembles a gun. The school's policies have prompted outrage from parents, rights groups and ordinary citizens.
This is bureaucracy at its lamest.
These cretins honestly believe that if this kid continues to use sign language to share his name that it will somehow trigger either someone to just start mass shooting people or that he'll grow up thinking that it's just fine and dandy to go on a human hunting spree.
