well, don't know about the first, but IIRC it's actually the equivalent of a felony to perform necrophilia in most Arab countries--AFAIK Egypt is no different. in fact, the Egyptian parliament members made it very clear that the law hasn't even been proposed (http://www.tunisia-live.net/2012/04/27/egyptians-deny-that-necrophilia-draft-law-exists/), and in fact it is on nobody's mind there. age of consent change? yes. necrophilia? hell no.
now, if such a law is proposed, then we might have something to talk about, though I doubt it'll ever pass.
of course, that anyone would believe something this inherently disgusting smacks of sheer stupidity. possibly racism.
