I couldn't make out what it was saying; Google Translate was no help. It appeared to be some kind of joke, but it didn't make any sense.
I don't see any evidence that it's spam or anything like that.
Something about a New York actress, that had erotic dreams every other night, and then doing the same thing in real life, which is supposed be how dreams come true. Or something like that.
