WTF??? Do these "experts" not even understand what happens when you scan a document as a PDF??? It's ADOBE ACROBAT that created the layers--AFTER the document was scanned! It does it AUTOMATICALLY!!! These are CLEAR OCR artifacts.

If you're interviewing anyone for the position of Photoshop artist, and they tell you this is evidence of fakery, DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!

The joke is that these people are calling themselves "experts."

Guess I'm not an much of a Photoshop artist.  Then again, I've never used that program in my life.
At least I'm honest enough to admit that.  Can't say the same for these pseudo experts though.

You know what's most ironic about this?  Is that they're calling themselves experts despite many of these same people decrying "experts" in Climate Change, and other things.

A "friend" on Facebook is a birther, and he did this "Well I scanned in a PDF and it didn't do it" thing. So I took his PDF and loaded it into Acrobat. The only thing I did was run optimization on it--without OCR. Here is the result: https://bogosity.tv/files/Netgear-sample.pdf

News flash to the "birthers": Everything done during the Obama presidency cannot be undone (in that we have to live with the consequences). They should realise that the problem isn't necessarily which jerk is in the whitehouse, but the current entire paradigm of the US government.
