So, we're still at the point of self-driving cars never having been at fault in any collision that occurred while the car was self-driving, with full scale experiments having begun ~50 years ago.

Hmmm...if Clinton isn't prosecuted, doesn't that set a precedent under the equal-protection rules preventing other people from being prosecuted for similar actions?  (I'm thinking the requirement of 'similar prosecutorial vigor' for similar crimes.)
