Cis- is short for cisgendered--meaning the gender you were born with.  As opposed to Transgendered.  I think Morrakiu and them are just using "cis-privilege" as a shorthand way of all forms of SJW privilege stuff.

well originally it was a Latin prefix that simply meant "on this side", or "near side", and was pronunced with a hard "c". For example, the part of Historical Gaul on the Italian side of the Alps was called Gallia Cisalpina (Gaul the Near-side of the alps). trans was the opposite: the far side of something. So Gallia Cisalpina was divided into two parts:

-Gallia Cispadana (Gaul the near side of the Po river)
-Gallia Transpadana (Gaul the far side of the Po river)

The SJWs I've talked to never gave me a straight answer, but from what I can tell "cis" means you're the scum of the earth.

That was a good comic. I don't say that lightly, because I'm not much into comics, or for that matter these little pithy meme things my acquaintances keep posting to my facebook, but that was actually rather good.

Since by SJW, I assume you don't mean single Jewish women, I can only say that they seem to not give a direct answer to any question posed. I think (just my opinion) it's so they can change the parameters of the discussion at will if it's not going their way.  (There's a logical fallacy name for that, I just don't remember what it is.)
