I was just polled about Fair Use

I was just polled by Rutgers as a filmmaker and documentarian about Fair Use. It was questions about my understanding of fair use, whether I thought it should be permissible, including remixes and mashups, and whether or not it hurt my business. I basically answered that fair use absolutely helps me, not hurts me, and they even asked about DMCA takedown notices.

It'll be interesting to see when (if?) the results of the poll are published and what other filmmakers think. My prediction: the low-budget and independent filmmakers will love it and think it should be permitted, the corporate cartel filmmakers will think it's horrible and want it restricted.
