anyways, about that bullying situation: yeah, I got to see that whole "mixing troubled kids with bullies" firsthand, as a teacher's assistant when I was a senior. it was the worst class of delinquents, social misfits, and outright psychotics I ever had a the misfortune to run into.

It was a class of GMO (Geology, meteorology, Oceanography), which officially was a regular class, but in practice was where they sent the "dubious" people to. there were about 30 people there, of whom I'd say 3 or 4 were allright, and were there out of a genuine interest in the topic (one of whom I became good friends with). the rest were either psychos (and I mean that literally), troublemakers, or just disabled mentally.

I remember this one girl: she was bat-shit insane. whenever an exam came, she'd just write big text, covering half the page in one word, and often the text was invectives, addressed to the teacher (though I had to be the one to do the grading). She'd hurl abuse at the teacher, and she even did the same to me one time I asked what was ailing her. She should have been receiving help, not in a classroom. Another person was basically what the Russians would call a Suka, who considered it her life's work to ruin her sister's relationship and steal the boyfriend (eww). And that's just the insane ones. Don't even get me started on the troublemakers: one of them thought it was a good idea to play baseball in a classroom full of aquariums (empty, but glass is glass): nearly hollered at him to not throw that ball around, but the teacher said not to interfere: luckily nothing was broken.
