Physical Description: 

A man of Japanese origin. black hair, brown eyes (glows demonic red when powered up), light skin with a slight yellowish tint, 5 foot 10 inches tall, athletic build. He wears normal civilian clothings when not on mission, When on mission he changes into a dark grey ge, and a metalic mask which reveals his glowing eyes.   

Powers and Abilities:

Intangibility - The ability to phase through solid objects
Shape Shifting- He has the ability to take the form of mist, and other objects
invisibility- Pretty straight forward of what this is
teleportation
Superhuman reflexes. 
Super Speed
Telepathy/Mind Warp
Supreme Martial Arts and Hand-to-Hand fighting skills
Superhuman endurance
Ki Blasts
Supreme Swordsmanship

WEAPONS

Shadow Slasher- A Japanese Short Sword, said to have been forged in Hell itself, It has the ability to drain it's enemies of their vitaliy, thus healing the wielder.
Chains outfitted with Kunai Spear Points  that are psychically connect to him.
