Well, no. So far, it's only that one legislature proposing a bill. If it passes (which I don't think it will), you can pretty much count on the Federal Gov't taking California to court and California losing.

The part I'm having difficulty with is the part about denying water/electricy. I have a hard time seeing a court up holding that. It's such an egregious thing, that I fear an otherwise good legislation will be tossed because of it. It may be different if EVERYTHING about the NSA was illegal, but it's not. The law, I feel, that the court would uphold would be one that says, "(state) shall provide no material support to a Federal Agency while it is engaging in unconstitutional activities . Merely being present is not unconstitutional. Plus, sometimes, the NSA actually does get a warrant.

It's mentalities like the that you are poking fun of why I raise an eyebrow when Fenris The Red Wolf says he won't be a libertarian because of an " Unwillingness to side with those who so openly associate with closet confederates like Ron Paul, blatant Neo-Confederates like Lew Rockwell..."  Especially in light of nullification being used AGAINST slavery laws back then IIRC.
