im recruiting for a play by post pathfinder campaing. Play by Post if usually slow enough for people with lives (the poor bastards) to participate. The setting is basically a spaghetti western wrapped in an epic fantasy with a dash of psionics. I already have one player whos bringing a paladin so i only need two more to get started. I don't suggest building around party roles unless you would have fun with that character anyway. Speak up if you want to join or have any questions.

Would the GM object to to a Chaotic Good or Neutral Good Half-Elf that is Some combination of Alchemist, Rogue, or Bard? (I havn't quite figured outwhich two)

I have no objections at all.

I think i should also point out that I won't be using any maps (since I don't know how) and we will instead be writing it out. For example: The wizard takes a steps back and runs behind cover (this is what you could say if you wanted to make a double move involving a 5-foot step and a move action), or As the fighter faces the orc, the rouge runs past him, flipping over his axe, gets behind him, and stabs the orc while he is distracted by the fighter (Is what you might say if you wanted to move past a threatened square in order to set up a flank).

I've done a little research and settled on Alchemist/Rogue (with the Multitalented ability) and replaced Adaptability with Ancestral Arms. NOw, i'm a bit confused on onet hing. Where do firearms fit in Simple/Exotic/Martial or are they handled differently?

Firearms are simple weapons in Guns Everywhere so any class that can use simple weapons (which off the top of my head means every class except wizards) can use a firearm.

Firearms and ammo are also only 10% of their original price.

OK so I have my race, class(es) and racial bonuses  I just need to clear them withyou.

Half-Elf

Alchemist/Rogue

For starting GP i'm assuming that I roll as an Alchemist and not as a Rogue since Alchemist would be my Base Class and Rogue a Core Class? I'm also unsure which method I sho uld use to calculate my ability scores

We're starting at level 1 so that depends on if you take your first level as an alchemist or a rouge.

Also it will be 25 point buy

Does that change if I have the Multitalented ability? As in two class levels on start up? I'm not sure hwo that works.

No, you can only take one class level at level 1. At level two you can take a level in another class and you still get the benifit of the favored class benifit I.E. you can pick either an extra health or skill point. If you didn't have multitalented and you multiclassed you wouldn't get the favored class bonus from your second class.

ALRIGHT THEN I'LL PROBABLY START AS A rOGUE.
