Spybot/Malwarebytes?

So I heard John Cheese recommend the free versions as must-have programs.  What do you think of them?

Sweet, thanks!  I figured I'd install them and do a full system run of each just for an extra layer of security.

I love Spybot. It has kept my computer spyware-free since 2005.
