FEMA Camps Again

OK, I'm hearing more chatter about FEMA camps again.  This time with rumors about stock cars being fitted with shackles.  The source I've gotten that from wasn't very reliable, so its probably more of the same nonsense we've heard before, just mutated a little.

But now there is something new.  The homeless.  That's right, now people are saying the FEMA camps are being built for the homeless, leading to further speculation that one day our Government will come for the rest of us.
