Anyways, it occurs to me the administration did not actually "lie" when they said you could keep your old insurance, in the sense that nothing about AHCA says the insurance companies can't continue to offer them. It's just that being forced to offer the new policies means they have to be paid for by someone, so offering *cough* the new policies dictates that they can't offer the old ones.

Actually, it does: if the policy changes AT ALL, you lose your grandfather status and have to select a new plan.
