Oh, god, I almost vomited when I saw that video, 11mc22.  
Education in Finland:  It helps that children start their education 2 years (or more) later than they do in the USA.  Shane's pointed out how education is terrible in the USA by pointing out things like how schools getting an incentive to do worse because if they do, they get more funding.
Emission standards:  He needs to look up "Tragedy of the Commons".
Minimum Wage:  Because the plethora of studies, evidence and the like done on it don't mean a thing to Government Cultists, right?
