New post restrictions

Thanks to literally DOZENS of spammers getting on the board lately and getting through everything I put in their way, I've changed the board permissions thusly:

Futon absorbers are people who have at least 5 posts; ones with fewer posts are N00bs.

N00bs cannot create topics of their own, but they can still reply to existing topics and do anything else regular users can.

If I screwed something up and you find yourself unable to do something you should be able to do, just shoot me an email.
