Another thing that's probably hand in hand with the comparison fallacy is the common argument that Obama was simply put in a lousy situation and somehow is just not capable of fixing things "right away."

Yeah, okay, so Mr. Executive Order apparently only wants to use them when it's convenient for him, but not when it's needed, like closing Gitmo for example.
