How do I change my Time Zone?

I tried looking through my account settings and such on my profile, but found nothing that would change it. :(

shouldn't it do so automatically?

it does with me in other forums I go to at least.

Click on "Profile" up top. Then hover over "Modify Profile" and click "Look and Layout." Put the number of hours, plus or minus, to modify the forum time to get your local time.
