I'm only a little over 7 minutes in and holy moly was he handling this all so very wrong.

I get the vibe he's dealing with something in his personal life right now.  No excuse for not explaining himself though.  Just a misunderstanding that was poorly handled.  Hopefully lessons will be learned and all will end well.
