getting a job--wherever the hell it happens to be. it's just a matter of one of my 20 different applications paying off XD

not much of a vacation I grant you, but hey, gotta make a living somehow.


if you meant for your convenience though: definitely the black hills. that is one region I'll sure never forget the beauty of. do it on your dime if you are in the US--camping permits are surprisingly inexpensive, and the drive through is not too bad, if you have an eye for detail (it's surrounded by the badlands and prairies).

other suggestions include southwestern Colorado, especially the town of Silverton--another scenic place, though not for those afraid of heights. Or great bend in Texas, or the area of Phoenix--though that might be too expensive.
