well, don't know about the first, but IIRC it's actually the equivalent of a felony to perform necrophilia in most Arab countries--AFAIK Egypt is no different. in fact, the Egyptian parliament members made it very clear that the law hasn't even been proposed, and in fact it is on nobody's mind there. age of consent change? yes. necrophilia? hell no.

now, if such a law is proposed, then we might have something to talk about, though I doubt it'll ever pass.

of course, that anyone would believe something this inherently disgusting smacks of sheer stupidity. possibly racism.
