So you can get out of the contract by renouncing your citizenship and leaving the country?  Apparently the IRS didn't get that memo.  You can leave the country and they still think they're entitled to have a hand in your pocket.  Unbelievable.
I recently heard that the word heretic is derived from the greek work heriticos which means "able to choose"
