Tonight starts the 72 hour Legend of Zelda marathon over at the Bonus Stage Marathons website.

How it works is simple. Over on their website, there will be a video streamed showing gameplay. There will also be a chat room. At the right there will be a Chip-In box where you can send donations. All donations are being collected for liver disease.

They plan to do most of the Zelda games, this even includes Zelda CD-I.

There will also be a 4 way Ocarina of Time speed run race.

For every $5 that you donate, your name will be thrown into a drawing which will make you eligible to win prizes. The prizes are usually things like posters, possibly dvds, and other little things like that. Though during the Kirby marathon, someone won a very cool looking Meta-Knight bead art thing.

Also, if they generate enough money, they'll also do things. For example, during the Sonic marathon, because they collected enough money, they had a rave party.

There was also the infamous Cornshake.

Anyway, I think you guys get the idea. Here is the trailer for the Zelda marathon:

Anyway, I hope to see some of you guys there, and I hope to see some donations. This is a pretty good cause and it would be awesome to see donations.

Hate to double post, but anyone who is interested, the show is officially live now.
